Third time I lease a car from this dealer and every time I lease a new car the experience gets only better. I had made plans to go in and inquire about my soon-to-end lease on my 2016 C class; with unfortun I lease a new car the experience gets only better. I had made plans to go in and inquire about my soon-to-end lease on my 2016 C class; with unfortunate changes that have taken place in the last few years on my personal life; I wasn't sure if I was in a position of signing on a new lease by myself without having my ex husband co-sign with me (as I had on the other leases). Rashad Withlow was the sales person that took care of me. I thank him for the wonderful experience. He was kind and patient. He never pressured me into anything I didn't want. He is knowledgeable and answered all my questions I was happy to know I was in a very good position of doing this alone. I was pleasantly surprised. We went upstairs and I quickly told him the car I wanted he quickly found it and the deal after that was sweet and smooth. What was supposed to be a day for me to go in and ask questions, turned into me leaving with a new car. Every person working at the dealer that day was extremely pleasant and attentive. Frank the sales manager came to introduce himself. He was kind and attentive. Julio Guerrero is the financial manager who assisted me with the leasing contract. This is the third time I sign a deal with him and I must say he is one of the most genuinely pleasant employees that work there. As alwats, he greeted with a warm smile and was ready to answer any questions. The next day I stopped by to inquire about a small paint detail at the service department , as usual, JR Rodriguez who has been my sales advisor for the last years was there to help as well. JR knows by now how much I enjoy working with him. Always with attention to detail, from one simple carwash to any other major problem JR has gone above and beyond for me. He will always be my favorite. Over all thank you Rashad, Julio, Frank and JR!! More

Having a loaner car is convent w/ our busy schedules. Paying online prior to pick up is also awesome. My car came back washed, as well. The only thing I would improve upon, is the pick up time. I requested a certain time and after I got there, it was 30 minutes until my car was driven out. They called back for it at least 3 times. It's a shame to have one area that needs improvement, that should actually be the easiest, but to a customer, is pretty annoying. More

R. told me that I needed something else to be done that was discovered during the servicing. I made another appointment in January 2020 as it was not an item that needed to be done immediately. No pressure, just honesty. This is why I use Walter's for my Mercedes servicing and why I choose J. R. to be my tech adviser. More
