JR was great; he got me in last minute and, inasmuch as it was a safety issue (airbag sensor in seatbelt) they did the diagnostic gratis. In compare to before that someone always greeted you as you pulled in and advisor would be out right after, vs. now I had to wait for a little while after I pulled in and another 25 minutes sitting in the you pulled in and advisor would be out right after, vs. now I had to wait for a little while after I pulled in and another 25 minutes sitting in the waiting room for an advisor.
