What a Pleasant Surprise! Metro Ford was recommended to me by an acquaintance who promised the dealership would find me what I wanted at the best possible price! Oh really ? Ha Metro Ford was recommended to me by an acquaintance who promised the dealership would find me what I wanted at the best possible price! Oh really ? Having driven the same vehicle for 11 years, I dreaded this process and was skeptical. I walked in to the dealership after four weeks of looking and somewhat narrowing down my search to a used Ford Explorer. Amanda was my sales associate and she listened to me, was very informed and spent the time necessary for me (a very reluctant purchaser) to make a decision. In the end a lease made more sense and I would never have realized that had Amanda not helped me understand the numbers. She was pleasant and enthusiastic and I actually had fun. Best of all I know my lease deal could have been matched or beat by other dealers and I absolutely love my Explorer Sport!! More

Went in for a used truck left with a 2018 f-150 I went to Metro Ford looking for a used F-150. I worked with Nicole, who laid out several different options in my price range. an all around great buying experiance i found a truck on autotrader at metro ford,i live 4 hours away from them,lynn at internet sales helped out a lot,then jt got involved and did the res i found a truck on autotrader at metro ford,i live 4 hours away from them,lynn at internet sales helped out a lot,then jt got involved and did the rest,i had a fusion lease to turn in early,in which they helped me tremendusley,took the ride out thinking to my self ,there is always a catch to buying a car,something they dont tell you over the phone.going in i was greeted by the receptionist ,very friendley,then they directed me to kevin,my salesperson.kevin was great,lynn was great,and JT was great.perfect buying experiance all around.great dealership as well ,many friendley people,and a very well to do stock of cars and trucks.i bought a 2017 f-150 from them,in time i will drive to give them my business again.so many dealerships i have gone to in my 6 months looking for a truck.metro ford is professionalism at a top rate.will be back,jeff ,neptune city n.j.
