Review on my purchase I found the car I wanted, Dan wasn't the least bit interested in even selling the ford explorer. I had to follow up with Dan regarding issue and was told it was a soft spot in the tire. Now realizing it's a barring and needs an alignment which were concerns i brought to his attention before purchase. He said it was all would be handled. Week after purchase it's in the shop. Way to go to metro ford and their outstanding service. I would never recommend anyone purchase a car there. Customer service was not friendly and they couldn't be bothered. More

Service and Body Shop I had to get a new door skin put on my 2016 F150 for being hit. Cary Peek the body shop manager took good care of everything including dealing with the insurance company. The body shop did an excellent job fixing it with a polish and cleanup of the truck inside and out. They sent over to service for an oil change and some warranty work that needed to be done. In all, I have been buying vehicles from Metro Ford for 30 years and only use their Service as well. Never had any issues or complaints and if I did they surely would take care of the situation. If you are looking for a great Ford Dealer Metro is the one to go to hands down!!! More

Having driven the same vehicle for 11 years, I dreaded this process and was skeptical. I walked in to the dealership after four weeks of looking and somewhat narrowing down my search to a used Ford Explorer. Amanda was my sales associate and she listened to me, was very informed and spent the time necessary for me (a very reluctant purchaser) to make a decision. In the end a lease made more sense and I would never have realized that had Amanda not helped me understand the numbers. She was pleasant and enthusiastic and I actually had fun. Best of all I know my lease deal could have been matched or beat by other dealers and I absolutely love my Explorer Sport!! More
