But no one was there to ask me why I am here and was hard to find the person I communicating with. But here, whenever I enter there will be someone to welcome and ask what I need. The sales person Oswaldo Lara was really kind and listen to all our requirement and cleared all our doubts about the vehicle and the process. He also was able to get us a competitive price for the vehicle we bought. The trade-in value for the vehicle was little lower than expected. But I would trade that difference for the other good things there. I expect the process to be little bit quicker. But, the time we took was usual with any dealer. My overall experience was really good and I would recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Great customer service I had been shopping for a SUV for a couple of months. I was not happy at all with the OTHER dealerships that are out there. I will not disclose which I had been shopping for a SUV for a couple of months. I was not happy at all with the OTHER dealerships that are out there. I will not disclose which dealership but we went to one that even when we walked in no one even said “hello”. Left a bad taste in my mouth.. but NOT at Valley Honda.. I was so shocked and amazed at their beautiful sophisticated facility. I am from Chicago and I have NEVER walked in to a place where there so much excitement and the entire sales floor was full of energy and different emotions. The place is super sophisticated and everyone was so welcoming. Kurt was amazing .. very supportive of my needs and wants. Went above and beyond to make me happy.i drove out of there with my beautiful white stallion... 2018 Honda CRV touring. I LOVE IT!!! A huge shout out to Kurt and the entire Honda family. I had sent a request through American Honda to keep me informed of the new 2018 Honda Accord prior to its launch. Through this lead, Bill reached out to me via email. I was not ready at the time as I had a vehicle I needed to dispose of, however, Bill kept in contact, not pushy or overwhelming, to let me know he was available to assist and answer any questions. When the time came to purchase Bill was tremendously helpful. We were very specific regarding the car we wanted (color, trim, interior) and was able to secure an inbound one in the exact specs we wanted. He walked us through the accessory choices and other options, never once pressuring us or giving us the hard sell. He kept us informed as to the timing of when we could expect the car, and when it came in the service was terrific. No long wait for and in F&I and he thoroughly reviewed the features and operation of the vehicle. The dealership was immaculately clean, the people friendly and professional. We were blown away.
