We sent out emails to 3 dealers for pricing and received 3 similar (very good) offers. We wound up going to Valley due to the no hassle approach (email bombardment) and proximity to work/home. We dealt with Katy Meyer who was very professional and helpful throughout the sale. It was actually the quickest dealer car purchase I've been part of as we were expecting the usual runaround. We appreciated that Katy didn't use the old school car dealer tactics of the past. I think this is standard procedure for Valley Honda to treat customers the right way. Fantastic facility too! More

Although Valley Honda did not have my specific car on the lot, they made sure to keep in constant contact with me to let me know what was going on in regards to location and delivery. When showing me the car and sitting me down to go through the special features and all questions, it was extremely easy to follow and was able to drive off the lot with no unanswered questions and no confusion. Dan Pantalone was very generous with us as well and even took some time out of his day off in order to help us out. Could not be more satisfied with the service, sale, and overall customer experience. More

A Culture of Lying..... Beware. Unfortunately, I feel the need to warn customers of Valley Honda in Aurora, Il. I don't enjoy writing bad reviews, and may have let it slip, but then Unfortunately, I feel the need to warn customers of Valley Honda in Aurora, Il. I don't enjoy writing bad reviews, and may have let it slip, but then they lied to me again, and it is clear this much be part of the culture at this dealership. First, they lied to me and said they called the Hyundai dealership about the trade in I brought in and got a low ball trade in value to justify their low ball offer to me. Little do they know I had just been to that dealership and gotten a trade in offer from them for 2,000 more than they told me. When I took the trade in off the table and said I wanted to buy the car and asked if it was still available they said they had to check their inventory. They called me back and said they had it in stock. I told them I was on my way. Then guess what? I'm there and they say oh we forgot we sold it this morning, but how about you buy this ugly color instead! How pathetic and untrustworthy. Their price was ok, but who knows what else they would have pulled if I'd decided to go through with it. I would avoid this dealership, and their lies, at all cost. UPDATE: The owner of the dealership did contact me and express his apologies and took responsibility for his sale mangers error in judgement. It is at least good to see that the company admits when it is wrong and is constantly striving to improve itself. There is something to be said for that. More
