Sales Experience I have been shopping online for a while. I called Valley Honda and I was dealing with Nick Poole( sales) and then the sales manager Jab Rahman. They were very courteous, friendly and were able to give me a great deal! No complaints! I highly recommend both of these employees! My buying experience was great and I would buy again from this dealership! 5 stars! More

A Culture of Lying..... Beware. Unfortunately, I feel the need to warn customers of Valley Honda in Aurora, Il. I don't enjoy writing bad reviews, and may have let it slip, but then Unfortunately, I feel the need to warn customers of Valley Honda in Aurora, Il. I don't enjoy writing bad reviews, and may have let it slip, but then they lied to me again, and it is clear this much be part of the culture at this dealership. First, they lied to me and said they called the Hyundai dealership about the trade in I brought in and got a low ball trade in value to justify their low ball offer to me. Little do they know I had just been to that dealership and gotten a trade in offer from them for 2,000 more than they told me. When I took the trade in off the table and said I wanted to buy the car and asked if it was still available they said they had to check their inventory. They called me back and said they had it in stock. I told them I was on my way. Then guess what? I'm there and they say oh we forgot we sold it this morning, but how about you buy this ugly color instead! How pathetic and untrustworthy. Their price was ok, but who knows what else they would have pulled if I'd decided to go through with it. I would avoid this dealership, and their lies, at all cost. UPDATE: The owner of the dealership did contact me and express his apologies and took responsibility for his sale mangers error in judgement. It is at least good to see that the company admits when it is wrong and is constantly striving to improve itself. There is something to be said for that. More

Brittany Brandon was very helpful, friendly and personal. She did her best to answer my questions patiently and try to work out the price I wanted without pushing or playing number games. She continued to contact me during the whole process even when she knew I was planning on buying the car from the other dealer. She gave me honest information and was able to get her manager, Mohit Saini, to give me a straightforward final number without a hidden agenda. They actually convinced me to go back to them 5 minutes before I was heading to the other dealer to buy the car. They are flexible and willing to help with the documents I did not bring. I praise their "never give up" attitude. One thing I did not understand is why Honda required them to add an incentive $750 to the final negotiated sale price, in order for me to pay a higher tax, and then they removed the $750 from the final out of the door number. So just watch out for this extra tax on the "incentive" you have to pay. Other than that, my over all experience was very good. Good job, Britanny and Mohit! More

It was our first experience with Valley Honda when we bought our 2014 Accord EX-L V6 in Feb. 2014. The friendliness, professionalism and transparency really impressed me on behalf of Jab Rahman. When I g bought our 2014 Accord EX-L V6 in Feb. 2014. The friendliness, professionalism and transparency really impressed me on behalf of Jab Rahman. When I got engaged with Brandon, his customer service, professionalism, respect and care impressed me even further. I am not merely writing these lines to be thankful to these two individuals but to thank Valley Honda's Management to have such professional staff in their team and I am sure they are keep coaching them to go further in their excellence. To further prove my loyalty, I went back in March 2014 and bought a 2014 Honda Civic this time. Our son is only 8 years old otherwise I would have gotten him a Honda as well, again from Valley Honda using the same sales team. Their follow-up, not-pushing and courtesy was unimaginable. I never thought that I will write some flattering words for a professional in automobile industry. But these folks are not the regular sales person, they are Customer Care Personnel. You really feel that you are being looked after and not being cheated. At the end we as a consumer have to understand that this is business and every business has to make profit to stay alive. After certain point it's impossible to lower the price any more and only then you can see the real 'CARE' from a sales person. I tested them and they are rock solid. That's why for Civic, I took 15 minutes to wrap up the deal. Good work Jab Rahman and Brandon Brabec. More

I visited Valley Honda to look for a used car, and I liked a Honda Accord. Roy explained me all the features of the car in very detail, we went on drive test and then I decided to buy that car. I am giving this dealership an excellent rating primarily because the 2 salesmen my wife and I dealt with were extremely knowledgeable.
