Our 2012 Honda Civic did not start on the morning of 1/24/14. I cld Jab Rahman, the gentleman we purchased our new car from. Being very concerned and willing to help, he asked just a couple questions 1/24/14. I cld Jab Rahman, the gentleman we purchased our new car from. Being very concerned and willing to help, he asked just a couple questions and then stated that he would send out one of his service men to see if it was the battery. He apologized and said he would be happy to help us out and do whatever it took to have the car working again. The service man, Terry Altman, was to be back to the dealership within 10 minutes and Jab would then send him out immediately. Within minutes Terry was at our home, he jumped the battery and it popped right off. Terry was very nice and so easy to work with. They both were very informative on what we should do now that they jumped the battery and how I should drive it for at least 20 minutes in order for the battery to take the charge in these below zero weather conditions. I was so totally thrilled that it was such an easy process, taking less then 30 minutes for the entire process! Excellent service! And Jab also sent an email shortly after the car was in service again, making sure everything was OK. What amazed me, we bought the car from him 15 months ago. At that time, we lived 100 miles from Aurora, but chose to come to Valley Honda to purchase our vehicle. And, he remembered us! He remembered that we were in town because of a Dr's apt and that we were purchasing a car for our daughter Taylor. He remembered it like it was yesterday! Now that is great customer service. And his email also stated, my job begins after I sell the car! Wow! That is super!! Thank-you Jab and thank-you Terry! You are excellent and Valley Honda should be thrilled that you are both employees of there's. I would highly recommend Valley Honda! More

I have never liked dealing with the purchase of vehicles and generally loathe meetings with salespeople of any sort. From the moment we walked into the dealership to a couple days afterwards, my brother and and generally loathe meetings with salespeople of any sort. From the moment we walked into the dealership to a couple days afterwards, my brother and I have both been ranting about how this was probably one of the coolest places we've ever visited. Nice show room and very professionally laid out. People were dressed up and very business like. But I'm a goofy young man and I don't always care for all the show and class. When the staff spoke with us, I didn't feel like I was talking to professionals only concerned with keeping a corporate mandated image. I felt like I was chatting with locals at a neighborhood hang out. Everyone, young and old, had this sense of wanting to do business, but at no point in time making it feel like we had to purchase anything. In fact, details that would easily make me walk away from some deals were not only expressed, but assured to me that they were looked at and there was nothing major to be worried about. I drove away with a pretty awesome car and if I ever have to go back to this place, my biggest fear is that I'll end buying another one, haha. You guys have a beautiful facility and it's such a good vibe being around everyone that works at the place. Even the techs in the back gathered around a little bit to talk about how nice the car was and you can tell these people really liked doing what they do. It was very comfortable and good to know that your vehicles are in good hands. Working with Allan through both phone and email messages was a breeze. He made mention of being either new to the job or new to the dealership, but my impression is that he's the only type of salesperson I would ever want to deal with. He had not just great knowledge about the car, but was real laid back and calm about the whole purchase, while keeping the mindset of making a quality sale. He's a great guy from my interaction and I would strongly recommend anyone to come check this place out. Keep up the great work. More

I had an amazingly easy experience with Kyle. I made an appointment with Kyle several days ago and met up with him Thursday December 5th. The experience was easy and straight forward. He immediately walked me to the Accord I inquired about and we went for a test drive. After the test drive he didn't pressure me to buy the car - he simply asked "what can I do for you next?" I asked for the best deal possible and we sat down to discuss prices. Not only did he get me a deal below the price I was expecting, but we came to an agreement in record time. The negotiating took all of 45 minutes maximum. He came back with a great rate as well which blew my credit unions offer out of the water. Even while waiting in the finance department Kyle came back twice to check on me and made sure that everything was okay. He even took the time to see me off in my new car and said to call him if I had any issues or questions (and I know he genuinely meant that). I will refer anyone and everyone I know to this dealer. I also need to mention that I brought my Dad along with me since this was my first car buying experience and being a recent college grad, I felt I'd need him to help me avoid getting ripped off. The deal we got was so great that my Dad left before the whole process was finished because he trusted Kyle and the dealership so much. This guy deserves more than a 5 out of 5. I am very satisfied. More

Expected usual pushy sales experience with lies, avoiding straight answers and was surprised by politeness, straightforward answers and great price. In fact the price I got by just asking "how much" was bett straight answers and was surprised by politeness, straightforward answers and great price. In fact the price I got by just asking "how much" was better than I could find at other Honda dealerships after long negotiations. So if you're looking for a great price on new Honda and at the same time want to be treated like a decent human being this is the dealership for you. More

Nick and Jab were very professional and strived to get us the deal we wanted within reason. The business is well kept, and all the staff were friendly as well. We drove two hours to get there and were lookin the deal we wanted within reason. The business is well kept, and all the staff were friendly as well. We drove two hours to get there and were looking for a used, low mileage Honda Odyssey. We walked out with a brand new Odyssey Touring because the deal we got on it was only slightly higher than a used. I highly recommend them to anyone and I will be shopping there again for my next vehicle. More

My experince at Valley Honda was very pleasant. Nick is very knowledgeable and resourceful. I wanted to trade my old Honda (210k miles) for a new one, and he knew exactly who he needed to talk to in making very knowledgeable and resourceful. It all started with online Internet Quote. Allan was very professional and quick to respond. He knows all details of the Accord. Allan is very easy to work with. No pressure at all.
