I’ve worked with Toyota for over 17 years, including the last 12 at Toyota of Easley. As ASM, I focus on making sure every customer feels heard and well taken care of. I’ve earned multiple awards for customer satisfaction and retention, and I genuinely enjoy helping people. Outside of work, I love gardening, reading, exploring outdoors, and discovering great local food spots.

Been seeing Kevin for 20-25 years at Toyota of Easley. Always personable, concerned, and knowledgeable. Always a straight shooter when recommending any maintenance solutions. Always personable, concerned, and knowledgeable. Always a straight shooter when recommending any maintenance solutions. More

I bring in my car for standard maintenance with an appointment scheduled a week in advance and no matter what has to be done, it takes at least an hour and forty five minutes. Whether it’s an oil change or just tire rotation, I never get out much under two hours. The same job used to take 45 minutes. What has changed? More

In addition, the service person has to check in cars, call the people and take the money which also slows down when you're standing a line. There was a person standing right behind this man but he couldn't take care of me because I wasn't "assigned" to him. You need to look at streamlining the processes. More

The service personnel know what they are doing. The lounge area is adequate. Overall, my encounter took longer than expected, but when the system worked, it worked well. The lounge area is adequate. Overall, my encounter took longer than expected, but when the system worked, it worked well. More

I purchased a new 2023 4Runner 4x4 off-road TRD premium from Toyota of Easley. Sometime after a cross threaded bolt on the skid plate was replaced, I noticed that the Main Skid plate was missing from my from Toyota of Easley. Sometime after a cross threaded bolt on the skid plate was replaced, I noticed that the Main Skid plate was missing from my vehicle. This is an off road skid plate that is on every 4x4 I’ve every seen. I know I saw one on my vehicle when I crawled under my 4Runner after the first oil change. I retired as a master certified technician so I knew exactly what I was looking at. Arriving at the dealership I spoke directly with the service manager and he took me back in the shop as soon as my vehicle was up on a lift. Standing under my vehicle, I showed them where the missing skid plate was when I purchased the vehicle. The manger and 3or4 technicians were there. The manager went into an area to check on something. He came back and announced that the skid plate I was talking about only can on the pro model. He offered to sell me one at a discount and install it for free. I declined. I realized I was getting nowhere with them. They had made up their minds. So I left. I am furious about this. I know what was there when I purchased the vehicle. I’m through with Toyota of Easley. I live in Taylors. I have a dealership much closer to my home. More
