As Service Lane Manager and former ASM, I focus on making sure every customer feels heard and well taken care of. I have always liked doing business with Toyota of Easley. However, lately the service department is slow. I bring in my car for standard maintenance with an appointment scheduled a week in advance and no ma However, lately the service department is slow. I bring in my car for standard maintenance with an appointment scheduled a week in advance and no matter what has to be done, it takes at least an hour and forty five minutes. Whether it’s an oil change or just tire rotation, I never get out much under two hours. The same job used to take 45 minutes. What has changed? More
