The entire Valley Honda dealership is act of class. I dealt with Nick, Jab, Jack, Shaun and various other people in the dealership and they were all very nice. They were friendly with the kids, followed SOP during pandemic. I think one good test is when people continue to behave best even after the sale is complete and final. They followed up every week while we were waiting for vehicle delivery and after the delivery , I left my extra keys at the delivery area and Nick called me back and held it for me. Paid a deposit in May for a new Ridgeline. Unfortunately with Covid and supply/demand issues, the truck didn't arrive until September. However, Valley Honda honored the price given in May. Despite the fact the truck could've been sold at a much higher price. During the waiting period, Tom did a fantastic job of keeping updated and even managed to find the color I really wanted. Once it arrived, he was very thorough with the paperwork and demonstrating all of the vehicles features. I wasn't pressured into additional purchases and had a great purchasing experience at Valley Honda. More
