What started out as a search for my “dream vehicle” a few months ago, and what ended up being a “necessity vehicle purchase” over the past weekend, Jack was there every step of the way, from showing me what was available, to what I wanted, and what was a reality; he was never pushy, checking in from time to time and just keeping me informed of all my options. When it came time to actually purchase my Jeep Trailblazer, which I had done my own research on, and despite being shown newer vehicles, Jack never once pressured me to change my mind. Jack was great to work with, providing clear communication, was polite and attentive, all without being pushy.
