They are there to make sure they take care of every single person that comes through their doors regardless of buying a car or getting issues handled that other dealerships caused. With Trent and Dan, in sales and service, they were more then helpful to get our vehicle fixed right that another cause so many problems and headache. The experience exceded our expectations. We had not purchased a new vehicle since 2005. There was much to learn since automobiles and the technology that runs them has changed considerable We had not purchased a new vehicle since 2005. There was much to learn since automobiles and the technology that runs them has changed considerable in the last twelve years. We found our way to Subaru via a recent article in Consumer Reports evaluating cars for older drivers in mind. Subaru leads the way in safety technology and we had owned a Legacy in the past and it was a great car. So we headed for Tucson Subaru and the experience was excellent. We gathered the information on the models we were interested. We did a considerable amount of additional research on the NET and returned a few days later. We greatly appreciated not being pressured or rushed into the decision. I particularly was pleased with the quality of the manuals included with the vehicle. They are thorough and clearly written. This is not to be assumed these days and I am one of those rare birds who finds them really useful. Jack McVey patiently described the car's features and demonstrated how they worked. Traci Roberts was very helpful in explaining the intricacies of the various care plans and efficiently managed the paperwork necessary to conclude the sale. The general environment at Tucson Subaru is very friendly and helpful. More

I purchased my 2009 Suba I recently purchased a brand new 2017 Subaru Legacy 2.5i from Tucson Subaru. My sales associate, Jack McVey, was exceptional. I purchased my 2009 Subaru Impreza WRX Hatchback from Jack, and he's been my go to salesman ever since. Whenever I'm at the dealership, whether it's for service or to get a quick part, Jack always goes out of his way to say hello. I have referred a number of coworkers and friends to Jack over the years, and they all remarked on the positive experience they had with him. I have never felt pressure to buy a car when working with Jack. He always takes me on good test drives and he stays really up to date with the vehicles and how they change from year to year. I look forward to buying my next Subaru from Jack in the future! More
