Best Car Dealer I’ve Ever Dealt With If you cringe when thinking of buying a car, come to this dealer. The feeling you get when you walk in is like being in a very high end luxury car de If you cringe when thinking of buying a car, come to this dealer. The feeling you get when you walk in is like being in a very high end luxury car dealership. Clean, modern, beautifully decorated and absolutely first class from the receptionist on the phone (Janet) to the sales manager (Robert) to the owner (Jack)... yes the owner is accessible and called by his first name. He gives out his card with his personal phone number so you can directly text or call. He is accessible and accountable. They say what they will do and they do what they say. Probably more important is they made me a better deal by thousands, than ANY other dealer I talked to on exactly the same car...no trade in. They have a modern service department with professional mechanics and knowledgeable service writers. Since they only deal in high end cars from $30 something small BMWs to $850,000 Maserati’s and everything in between, I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. No reason to go shop around (although I did). Next time I want a certified (check out what “certified” means...) I won’t waste time with the “meat markets”. I’ll go straight to the place where I’m dealing with people who have class and dignity.. and who understand buying a car isn’t easy...until you buy one from Certified Benz & Beemer...if you want to talk to me personally ask Jack for my number... pssst!
