I have had service performed by the dealership and the experience was exemplary. From the ownership to lot attendants, CB&B will have my business, 4ever. As well, when asked who I would suggest as a dealership, they are always the first group I mention to friends or associates. Lastly, I have been a member of USAA for over 25 years: The fact that CB&B is part of their Car Buying Service speaks volumes as to their trustworthiness and the value of the vehicles they sell.

I brought back the car and supposedly, they changed the filter and deodorized it. The problem didn't go away. I gave up on it for a while. They sent me an email to remind me the service and I brought the car for it. Now, keep in mind that when you buy any car, you are paying an extra $800 for the first year to get a free service, detail and loaner. I bring the car, they do not have a loaner, they just changed the oil. No tire rotation, no detail, nothing but changing the oil. Expensive oil change... I was looking at buying another Mercedes CLA 250 but now, it won't happen. I do not recommend buying a car there. As for the smell, I still have it, they won't do anything unless I pay for it, even if I reported it from the beginning. Great customer service... After the little issue, Jack Schneider, the owner called me and wanted to understand what was going on. I explained and within the hour, he took care of the problem. He sent me someone to pick up the car and left me a loaner. He explained what he was going to do to get rid of the smell and make sure the car get back to me in perfect condition. And he did the day after. Thank you for a wonderful Customer Service. I will come back soon to get another car.

Hi Jack, I already discussed with Drew and he mentioned you are not willing to cover any of the costs for the car. Apart from $2 for the fuse (which range rover is charging me $75 to fix).
Actually I had previously overlooked, but I have records of your site (actually it's still posted) that the car had:
- Climate Comfort Package ($1,300)
- Advanced park assist ($800)
I had assumed it had these and that was part of my basis for choosing to buy the car.
I realize I made a mistake not viewing the car myself (for the cosmetic damage), but actually going back to it, I was completely and blatantly cheated out of these features.
I understand you run a business, and I regret my purchase and have to live with it. But seriously there is blatant misinformation from your site and your salesmen, which is irresponsible and bad business practice.
This is also a big inconvenience for me to deal with this, not to mention I still do not have any documentation so I can't even register the title with the DMV here yet.
I do hope Drew comes through with the insurance for the broken camera.

But more than that everyone was knowledgeable, experienced and were truly interested in giving me a great experience. Jack the owner introduced us to Andy who was my sales specialist. Being in sales myself I was impressed that Andy took the consultant approach with me to determine what car was right for my personal needs. While taking delivery I found a small problem with the car and even that was a great experience. Randy and Steve in the service department made it a priority to get that taken care of immediately to my satisfaction. Very impressive indeed. I will refer friends and family to this dealership with confidence!

I originally gave this dealership a high rating. I was very happy with how they handled everything...in the beginning that is. Within less than a month I started noticing a problem with my transmission. I took it back and they told me nothing was wrong with it. So a few months go past and i take it to another dealership for a safety recall item. When the mechanic put the truck into gear he noticed a problem with the transmission is well. He checked the tranny fluid (closed system) and found metal flakes in tranny fluid. I called the dealership again and spoke to the owner who told me to bring it to have it checked. I also brought with me the tranny fluid with metal flakes in it. THAT alone should have been enough for them to supply me a new transmission. Again the service person told me nothing was wrong with it. I asked to see the owner but of course he was out of town. I called and called after than numerous times and was told they would do nothing about this. Oh, I am adding this part now because the minute I did the review I was called and called and called by the service manager. Did it get fixed? Absolutely not. He didn't believe me and wanted me to take it to HIS tranny guy and if that guy could not find anything wrong with it...then he wanted me to retrack this review. Nope, sorry. Not gonna do it. Oh, and just the other day when I was on the freeway the tranny got stuck in 3rd gear. That was an adventure ! I can't believe you people. It is now WAY over 2 years since I bought the truck. It is an intermittent problem which has existed since a MONTH after I bought the truck and STILL nothing has been done. What a joke. That is how this has ended. I would never recommend this dealership because they do not back up their vehicles that they sell. Apparently they will sell you anything but not be responsible if something goes wrong.

I am so disgusted with this whole thing I want to scream which is why I have not responded. Come on you guys....your kidding me right? You didn't give a rats ass until I rated you on this site. Before that all you did was blow me off for TWO years !!!! And then dealer rater sent me a random email asking me if I wanted to rate this dealership...boy did I ever! The minute I did the rating then the service manager started calling me like crazy!!! Why didn't he do something about it over the last TWO YEARS? I have contacted you people from the first moment I had a problem with the transmission which was only ONE month after I bought the vehicle. Your service department told me there was no problems. I made the mechanic go with me to listen to the sound. He told me it was my tires. He said they were called highway screamers. So basically, there was nothing I could do. I kept having problems with the transmission but every time I called you people you blew me off. I have spoken to the owner, to the service manager, to the general manager. The owner made it sound like he was going to replace the tranny but when I took it down there AGAIN....AND brought with me the tranny fluid given to me by CAMELBACK TOYOTA that had METAL FLAKES in it to prove to you there was a problem, I was yet blown off AGAIN. I asked to speak to the owner since I thought he was going to fix it, but I was told the owner was on vacation. I continued to call the owner but he seemed to be always gone. I even had the service guy from Camelback Toyota call YOUR service department to explain what he had found. I was STILL blown off !!! I even texted photos of my RPM's way, way, way higher than they should have been !!! Now just the other day I was on the freeway and the tranny got stuck in 3rd and would not shift into fourth. The tranny problems I have are not constant, they are intermittent but they have appeared since a month after I bought the truck and you people have done absolutely nothing. Oh, wait, after the rating Trevor called me and wanted me to take my truck to HIS tranny guy and have it checked and tried to make a bullshit deal with me that if his guy found nothing then I had to retracked my review. Initially I agreed but because it is an intermittent problem it is hard to diagnose and I fully believe that Camelback Toyota spotting the problem, plus the tranny fluid I gave you, plus the photos of the RPM's being pinned exceedingly high should be proof enough. I really thought when I spoke to the owner on the phone he would have found a rebuilt tranny, shoved it in there and that would have been the end. BUT NOOOOOO......even though he led me to believe that is what was going to happen....it NEVER DID. So there you go....I think I will just keep my review and rating the way it is thank you very much. Oh, and one more thing....unless you plan to fix the tranny or to replace it …..please stop bothering me !

Chris I don't know if you can read my other private message but I am SICK TO DEATH of this whole thing. You people have blown me off, blown me off, blown me off. Then all of a sudden after I do the most recent rating you guys start hounding me about this. But Trevor wants me to do it HIS way, which is take the tranny to HIS guy and have it checked out. Well its an intermittent problem so I shouldn't HAVE to do that because you have tranny fluid with metal flakes in it. Two different pictures of my RPM's pinning extremely high, and just the other day I was on the freeway and the tranny got stuck in 3rd !!! Come on dude....its been OVER 2 friggin years and I notified you a month after I bought the truck !!!! So please, spare me the lip service I have spoken to the G.M. I have spoken to the Service Manager, I have spoken to the friggin owner who led me to believe it would be fixed ….that is until I got it to the service department and now....who are you? Product development....please....give me a break.....I don't need anymore lip service.....and unless you plan on fixing it or replacing the tranny...don't bother me anymore. I will just keep the rating the way it is....you people are give business a bad name.

Michael in service did a great job and finally found what was wrong! The engine light is finally gone and hasn’t come on for over 2 months. 😁 I will always take my car to him for all of my servicing for now on!
