The finance person PUSHED very hard to get me to purchase extra warranty on key fobs, tires and vehicle even though the vehicle is still under manufacturer warranty and I said absolutely no extras, this was quite irritating. The car was not thoroughly inspected and prepped, as the key fobs did not work, there was a nail in the rear tire (TPMS was indicating 10 lbs low) which all they did was fill the tire up with air, the rest of the tires were at 60lbs of air and should have been at 33, and the ceramic coating was not completely wiped off in several areas which means it needs to be polished off as once it dries it is hard as a rock. I reached out to the owner Jack Schneider, who much to my amazement wrote back to me and said he would make changes to their process to ensure things like this did not happen again. Jack agreed to replace my windshield (non OE windshield was interfering with signal from key fobs) and pay for an inspection by a Porsche dealer that I had performed on the car when I arrived home. Granted this all should have been caught and resolved during their inspection but was not and is causing me do deal with after the sale. The other issue is the AC controls are sticky as someone spilled soda or coffee on the console and this has not been resolved completely as of this evaluation as the Porsche dealer says the control module needs to be replaced, and Jack wants to wait and see. To Jacks credit he did agree that if I have trouble with it in the next year that he would pay to replace. When buying a used car it is important to deal with a reputable and thorough dealer, while I believe B&B is that they seem to be not as thorough as my previous transaction and may be turning over vehicles too quickly More

He clearly explained the process to me from purchasing the car to delivering it to my location. I also called the owner, Jack Schneider, who didnt even dignify my message with a return callback! Instead, Michael informed me they refused to even assist with cost , throwing warranty babble instead of doing the right thing, which would have been to help with at least some of the $1100 bill! You deal with high end luxury vehicles. The individual makers stand by their product and name. Reputation is so very important! You get what you pay for! However, your dealership hides behind fine print when the vehicles you sell have problems. You should be trying to focus on customer satisfaction instead of using your excuse book with all your warranty and deadline fast talk! If I lived closer to Scottsdale, I would love to stand in front of your dealership and picket everyone who comes in to let them know how you do business! You should be ashamed to call yourselves a dealership who gives the highest regard to customer satisfaction, and to represent Mercedes Benz! We have owned only Benz and Beamers and our Tucson Mercedes Dealership knows how to really treat their customers, and if we had bought our car with them instead of trusting your dealership, I wouldnt have had to deal with this type of service!!! Once again a great experience at Benz and Beemer. And then talk about team player James who was my salesman of the last couple car deals actually gave me to Q because he felt that he had far more knowledge of the particular car I was buying and it would do me a diss service to have him as the car salesman just because of the particular make and model Q was an expert in. The general manager David kept the car dealership open till about 9 o’clock letting me drive 4 different vehicles to make sure that was buying the one car for me so I had no bars remorse whatsoever. Mark the other manager stayed to make sure that my car deal went through even though his sons 18th birthday was happening at home and his wife calling at least four or five times to see where he was at and he said honey I got a car deal I have to close… that’s dedication thanks Benz and Beemer!!!
