OUT OF STATE BUYERS BEWARE. Locals, be careful too. This is my experience: I bought a car from this place sight unseen from out of state, as they won't take a deposit to hold it for a few days while tra is my experience: I bought a car from this place sight unseen from out of state, as they won't take a deposit to hold it for a few days while travel arrangements are made. The car must be fully purchased and signed for, and then they'll store it off the market for a bit while travel arrangements are made. Ok, I understand that's their policy, it is what it is, so I asked very specific questions about the condition of the car before purchasing and signing. When I flew out to pick it up it was given to me dirty. Later, I discovered the dirty condition was intentional to conceal body and paint issues. Only once I got home 6 hours away and properly cleaned the car I discovered BAD hard water spots everywhere, a dent on the roof, and found the front license plate bracket loose which was a result of damage to the bumper behind it. Very disappointing. These are things I obviously would've wanted to know when I was asking the salesman specific questions about the cars condition before buying it and coming out to their dealership from a distance. In the excitement and haste of picking up the car these problems were overlooked by me. My bad for trusting these people, I really had no idea about them yet. The car had a vibration around 40mph which I attributed to tires. I wasn't too concerned because I wanted to get nicer tires for it anyway. So I got new tires. When installing the new tires, one of the wheels was discovered to be bent. It was visibly wobbling on the tire balancing machine. Looking at Carfax repair history for the car it shows this dealership had replaced a tire on this wheel while the car was for sale and they let it go with an obviously bent wheel hoping any prospective buyer wouldn't notice this either. Aside from the problems I like the car and specifically sought it out so I wanted to fix it rather than return it, especially since distance is a factor. It cost me over $1400 to repair the car (front bumper R&R and roof dent repair and buff job at body shop, and wheel repair) to the acceptable condition that I was led to believe I was buying. Update: In response to this review the dealership owner has called me several times trying to make me feel guilty about leaving them a bad review. I've provided receipts of the repairs. They've never once offered ANY customer service and have taken a hostile tone with me at times for my honest review. The entire experience from Certified Benz Beemer was really bad. It became obvious to me their goal is to sell cars for maximum profits through dishonesty and deception with no regard to the customer. They have an advantage of distance for these business practices if you're out of state, etc. If you can't avoid this place, at least have the car you're interested in inspected by a third party and exercise extreme caution. More

I can be a tough customer to please because I expect people to do their jobs to the best of their ability and to try to find answers if they don't already know them. Certified Benz & Beemer exceeded all people to do their jobs to the best of their ability and to try to find answers if they don't already know them. Certified Benz & Beemer exceeded all my expectations. They answered all my questions, explained everything I was signing, and never, ever, appeared to be in a rush. The vehicle they sold me is wonderful and they have followed up to ensure I am happy. More

Bought a car and paid it off but never got the title 6 months later still no title. Sold the car at an auction and LOST the sale because I couldn’t provide a title.
