We needed to purchase a good clean used vehicle for our son. We purchased a 2009 Honda Civic LX. It is his first car and required to get him to his first professional employment (a summer internship). Kelly Derrick was our salesman and took excellent care of us. During the initial test drive, we discovered that the air conditioner was not working. After committing to the purchase price of the car, Ganley stated that they would fix it. We discovered the fix to be a multi-day process. On Day One they recharged the system with coolant, we picked up the vehicle to discover that the coolant leaked out of the system and the AC was blowing warm air. On Day Two Ganley discovered a couple of additional major components that needed to be replaced, the compressor and the condenser. True to their word, Ganley replaced these components at no additional cost to us. On Day Three we picked up the vehicle and are now happy owners. Kelly did a terrific job of keeping us informed of the status of the ongoing repair.
I am fairly certain that Ganley did not account for the final cost of the AC repair in their asking price for the vehicle. I am also pretty sure that they did not profit from the sale of our vehicle. Yet they honored their commitment to repair the AC (on their dime!). It is refreshing to find a dealership with such integrity and I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone.
In a bit or "small world" irony, the car was originally sold as a new vehicle by Bob Androsko at MotorCars Honda. Bob is my former neighbor, friend on the staff at Ganley's.

It was an easy experience to get the car purchased. Ken was no pressure and let us explore different options and was very very understanding with my hesitations. Jacki and Doug got me in to the dealership. Ken showed me options and closed the deal. Danielle called to follow up after the purchase. My salesman was professional, knowledgeable and courteous, he paid attention to details and was thorough.

I had an excellent experience with this dealership. I normally dread dealing with car salesmen, however, I left this dealership with nothing but smiles. I worked with Ken on purchasing a 2013 Nissan Juke and it couldn't have been any easier. Upon arriving at the dealership, everyone was friendly, attentive and ready to help me find what I was looking for. They were eager to show me the car and even offered to let me keep it overnight if I needed to in order to get a better feel for the car, which I loved because it showed me that they had nothing to hide regarding their inventory. The test drive was pressure free also, so that just made my decision even easier. Once we settled on a price that I was comfortable with, Ken made sure that I had to do as little paperwork as possible and worked to get me on my way as soon as possible, which was great being that I drove 200 miles just to look at this particular vehicle. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend this dealership to others. Thumbs up Ken!
