I’ve now worked with Brett twice, first for a lease and then most recently for a purchase. The reasons I went back to Brett are the same reasons why I got a car from him the first time: 1. He is caring and has empathy. He makes the car buying experience fun. He’s relatable and is a great listener. Most importantly, he’s ethical and honest. He really helped me a lot in the process and I never ever felt like I was being sold anything or lied to. It’s rare to find a car salesman who is a true consultant and business advisor. 2. Brett has great car knowledge. He knows his stuff. He knows what features are important. What trim levels include what specialties. What cars will have better resale value. Which options are the best for you as far as financing and leasing. He is a never ending source of great knowledge. 3. Brett is a wizard with deals and scheduling. Even whole helping several other people, he’s able to multitask and quickly get you into a new beautiful car with an awesome deal with his finance folks. He’s a true customer advocate. Alison was amazing, like always! She knows exactly what we needed and didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond to make our experience that much more amazing. Honda definitely needs more salesmen like her. However, when we spoke to the financing manager, Jacky, he immediately turned cold once we told him we were not interested in any extended coverage for our lease. Given that this is an OPTIONAL coverage, we feel like we should get the same customer service as someone who is purchasing the “extras”. We felt the whole conversation and mood make a complete 180, which would turn us off of coming back to Honda, but luckily, Alison knows how to keep her customers. Seems like Jacky should take some notes from her, because if it were only based by the way we were treated by him, there’s no reason why we would want to go back. More
