I initially chose Family Hyundai because there was a particular vehicle that I was interested in and I was told they had it on the lot by one of online team members. However I got to Family Hyundai afte particular vehicle that I was interested in and I was told they had it on the lot by one of online team members. However I got to Family Hyundai after driving 40 minutes to find out that the vehicle is not available. Was not happy!!! After all there are two other Hyundai dealers near my home that would have been much more convenient to go check out vehicles. BUT I met Jackie and she went above and beyond to try and find a vehicle that works for me and more importantly a price that works within my budget. She is very knowledgeable and patient and turned the whole experience into a positive purchase. Thank you Jackie More

Family Hyundai was recommended to me by a couple of people. My personal experience with the sales person and the general manager were very good and the rest of the staff were friendly and pleasant. people. My personal experience with the sales person and the general manager were very good and the rest of the staff were friendly and pleasant. However, at the end of of the initial purchase I was passed to to additional staff members in regard to purchasing various additional warranties or items on the car and felt pressured to purchase these items.. I felt pressured to buy these things than that I was just made aware that they were available to me. This was the only part of the experience that made me uncomfortable with the dealership. More
