Priced a used Elantra, ended up with a new! We got in touch with Klint pricing a used 2018 Elantra but when everything was said and done the dealer incentives made us splurge for the 2019! What buying a car should be like I was contacted by Jacob Adrian after checking on the web for price ranges. After explaining this was or forth Santa Fe Jacob was very convincing that I was contacted by Jacob Adrian after checking on the web for price ranges. After explaining this was or forth Santa Fe Jacob was very convincing that a 45 mile drive would be to our benefit. I had been in contact with Jake for Jake is by far the most pleasant salesman that I've worked with and his manager Scott was also very accommodating. I had been in contact with Jake for a few weeks because I wasn't able to come in person until the following month. He was extremely nice, responsive and not pushy from our first email exchange until I walked out with my new Elantra. I am in my 20s and Jake treated me like an equal unlike some older salespeople from past purchases. I had another new car buying experience early this year that involved 2 other dealerships in St. Louis. It was unnecessarily stressful because I had to work with some aggressive salespeople (call wise and in-person) and after my purchase at Dean Team Hyundai- I really think this is how everyone's experience should be. Thank you again Jake!!! More
