My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Jacob Byrd for a second time on leasing a vehicle with D&M. We had researched the exact vehicle we wanted with the trim level and accessories that we desi Byrd for a second time on leasing a vehicle with D&M. What we decided on was a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Limited in black pearl exterior, and black leather interior. I was able to tell Jacob what we wanted and he went to work. Evidently, these vehicles are in high demand, so it took a little time to find one. But, Jacob pressed on and found us exactly what we wanted. He had the vehicle brought up from a dealership, thanks to the purchasing power that D&M has, and had it prepped and ready for us. Signing of the documents was a breeze. Finally, Jacob had the vehicle delivered to our house one evening after work, and that driver took our old lease return back with him. What a seamless process. I HIGHLY recommend Jacob Byrd as a lease specialist. I have already told multiple people of our experience, and that if they are in the market, to use Jacob. He is so easy to work with, especially with picky, hard to please clients like me. He listened and got us exactly what we wanted, to include the lease terms. He KNOWS what he is doing!
