Very disappointed with the service I experienced. Like at most dealerships, you must be an informed consumer to be able to fully understand the numbers involved in purchasing a vehicle, but the staff at Manly Honda were friendly, helpful, and were g consumer to be able to fully understand the numbers involved in purchasing a vehicle, but the staff at Manly Honda were friendly, helpful, and were great about getting things to work for me and my husband. We were so pleased with how things went with the trade-in of our older vehicle and the purchase of our used, but new-to-us SUV, that we decided to buy another vehicle that we liked the following day. Our sales consultant, Jacob Knight, was very friendly, easy-going, and we felt like he really wanted to get us the vehicle we wanted with the conditions we were hoping for. Alex Iniguez, another sales consultant, also helped us a bit while we were there and he was also very friendly and helpful...unfortunately, our interaction was short. Since we purchased two vehicles, we worked with two finance managers: Ali Tanbakuchi and Edgar Medina. Ali was exceptionally personable and great about explaining the terms of the purchase. Edgar was also quite friendly and explained the purchase conditions and paperwork in a way that was easy to understand. The prices of our vehicles were great, but the highlight of our Manly Honda experience was the excellent customer service. More
