I was impressed by the video the tech provided which discovered a brake pad installed incorrectly from a prior service at another business. Jacob went over all recommended services needed as my little car is approaching 120k miles. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. I know I asked 500 questions. Overall very positive experience.
