I stopped in for an oil change as a walk in, and they surprisingly were able to fit me in and get it completed quickly, which I was pleased about. The young man who helped me was professional and courteo surprisingly were able to fit me in and get it completed quickly, which I was pleased about. The young man who helped me was professional and courteous and would recommend him. However, the woman who appeared to be the service manager just seemed to be really awful. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what was going on there but she was quite off putting. Also, they didn’t top off my fluids and three days after my service, my light is on my dash are popping up saying my washer fluid is empty so they obviously didn’t check my fluids the way they said they did. Now will have to take the time to check everything over since it appears not everything was completed as they said it was. Will have to give it a hard thought about whether I want to come back or not. More

I have been using Randy Marion Subaru to service my Subarus for several years. They have always been so very helpful and reliable in taking care of whatever is wrong. I remember one time when it was raining they actually took an umbrella and walked me to my car! My only reason for taking away one star is that they have recently started using AI for Appointment scheduling. I would prefer to be able to talk to a human. More

Fixed 2 items that were recall, but did not fix the original item the car was taken in for. Had to return 15 minutes later and leave the car. That was last Thursday. Monday night and no updates yet. Up to the point I returned it communication, speed of service and everything was outstanding, and everything was great. Nothing since I had to return the car to get the first problem corrected. Surprised I did not hear from you Monday. Pretty sure it was Jacob in service. Can not be sure receipt for first incomplete service is in car. More
