Had a pretty big issue with my car. Jacob was amazing throughout all of the process. So kind, helpful and went above and contacted Subaru to help offset repair cost. Jacob was wonderful. I would give 10 stars if I could.. I was in NC on vacation from PA &I stopped by without an appointment because my new vehicle was making a LOUD, g I would give 10 stars if I could.. I was in NC on vacation from PA &I stopped by without an appointment because my new vehicle was making a LOUD, grinding noise. Jacob quickly checked me in and kept me apprised of status. The technician promptly diagnosed and rectified the problem.Thankfully it was not a major issue. I will be moving to NC soon and will be sure to have my vehicle serviced at Randy Marion Subaru. More
