Helpful Not very happy the I bought the car from them and it needs new brakes already. Other than that it was fine. When I bought this car the sales person kn Not very happy the I bought the car from them and it needs new brakes already. Other than that it was fine. When I bought this car the sales person knew I wanted 3rd row but never told my husband that is car didn't have it and I bought it thinking it did. Not good practice!! More

Genuine and Helpful, No Pressure Sales. Came in looking for a Specific CPO Kia Soul, Kenny was immediately ready to help. Test drive was done and we started talking numbers within an hour. As with all Car Purchases, there were a few Back and Forths and Waiting, but Kenny (followed by Jean in Finance) always remained Friendly, Respectful, and Transparent. After the deal, I met with Jacob in the Service Department and he was also very Friendly and Helpful. I am Optimistic in my future with this Dealer and Service Department.
