Excellent Experience I have been dealing with Continental Toyota since 2010. Three rounds of buying/leasing vehicles over that period. Three years ago we got two cars from I have been dealing with Continental Toyota since 2010. Three rounds of buying/leasing vehicles over that period. Three years ago we got two cars from Continental and one from Honda. The difference in customer service and support brought us back this time to get all of our cars from here. Amazing how responsive and helpful they are during the sales process. Loved working with Amanda and Terry (and the rest of the team). More

Friendly Great Service I was dealing through a broker. He had found the car I wanted, but it was at a dealership which was too far to travel. The team at Continental got m I was dealing through a broker. He had found the car I wanted, but it was at a dealership which was too far to travel. The team at Continental got me that car and at a great price. They kept me informed every step of the way. Since I didn’t have a car, they even picked me up!!! Bill Awwad set up the car for me, and stayed late to familiarize me with the car! What service!! From beginning to end everyone was friendly and helpful. I wish all my car buying experiences were this great. I can’t say enough about the Continental Team!! They’re great!!! More

Purchase of new truck made easy!!!! Wow, this team couldn't make buying my New Tundra any easier and living up to what was said from my initial contact with their internet team. Jessica Wow, this team couldn't make buying my New Tundra any easier and living up to what was said from my initial contact with their internet team. Jessica and Jackie put up with all the questions I had to confirm the options and price of the truck and then Leo living up to their promise when I arrived. I just dealt with Schaumburg Toyota who promised the world just to get me to come in and then tried to add an additional $6000+ to their written quote with the expectation I would be fine with. Their listed internet price was even lower than they were now offering. Couldn't be happier that I got up and left. So when I was speaking with Jessica and Jackie they ensured me they were being honest with the price of the truck. I came into Continental with my doubts but was quickly put at ease meeting with Leo and soon I was a owner of a New 2018 Toyota Tundra. The entire experience was a home run, and I will be coming back when my wife is ready for a new Rav4. Thanks again!!!!!! More

Awful experience Went into Continental Motors with the intention of purchasing a new Prius C. Of all the dealers in the Chicagoland area, they were the only dealer tha Went into Continental Motors with the intention of purchasing a new Prius C. Of all the dealers in the Chicagoland area, they were the only dealer that had a Prius with all of the options and color that I was looking for, and they were also priced very competitively. I wanted that particular car When I originally spoke with a salesperson, I told her that I was still researching other dealers for availability and pricing. I told her that the one she had was the best one I had found so far. The price I was quoted was $19,088, and was told that if I found a better deal, they would match that deal plus deduct another $200. I agreed to put a deposit down on the car and come into the dealer the following Tuesday. I continued my search of other dealers. Many had very limited inventory and did not have cars with the options/colors I was looking for. Others were not priced competitively. Two dealers had cars priced less than $200 more than Continental. Two dealers were priced less - Midtown Toyota had an identical car except for color, priced at $19022, and Toyota on Western had a more expensive car listed at $18,494 - $600 less and with more options than Continental. When I arrived at Continental at about 6:45pm the car was not out in front as promised. It took 20 minutes to locate the car and have it brought out front. I told the salesperson that the only thing that left me undecided about purchasing a Prius was how the car handled on the expressways (about 80% of my driving is on highways). He offered to let me take it for a test drive. I told him traffic was too heavy. He insisted we go anyway. We took the car out on I-55. Never got out of the right lane. Never got above 50 mph. Should have waited like I suggested. When we got back to the dealership and started to negotiate the price etc., I brought up the subject of the price match offer and mentioned the other quotes that I had received. When I showed the quote from Toyota on Western the salesperson got very defensive and started making claims such as it was not a real offer, that was not accurate, and finally that it was a cash only offer and therefore not identical to his. He eventually insisted that I call the other dealer to verify the accuracy of their quote. I did so, and while on the phone, he had me ask the other dealer question, but at the same time did not want me to reveal anything about his offer to the other dealer. Toyota on Western did verify that their $18,494 was accurate. Even after the phone call, the salesperson refused to accept the veracity of the other quote. Moving on, the salesperson asked how I was to pay for the car. I told him that I would put down $3000 and finance the rest. He then changed the price of the car from $19,088 to $20,088, stating that the lower price reflected $2000 cash from Toyota, and the higher price was for $1000 cash back plus 0% financing. I then pointed out to him that his quote was identical in terms as the one from Western - they were both cash offers. He kept denying it. He kept claiming that the other car had less potions on it. I pointed out that the other car probably had more options than his, because the MSRP of the other car was several hundred dollars more. He still refuse to believe, sticking to his claim or less options. I asked him to look up the car online to find out what options were included (this would have been easy since I had the VIN number for the other car) but he refused. Finally, I was told that I would have to go to the other dealer and obtain a copy of the actual window sticker as proof of a valid offer. When I asked for a copy of the window sticker of his car, he again refused to comply. Moving on again, we filled out the financing paperwork. He took it to the finance office and returned. I asked about the difference in monthly payments between the $1000 off plus 0% or $2000 off and 2.9%. When I had visited other dealers they were able to calculate the rate immediately at their desk. The salesperson said he would have to go to the finance dept. to get the info. 20 minutes later he returned with no info. I said I planned to visit the other dealer tomorrow and walked out. The next day, I received a call from Gary, who identified himself as the sales manager. He told me that he really wanted my business. He went on to tell me that the people at Toyota on Western were crooks, that the quote I got from them was inaccurate, suggesting that it assumed other incentives such as military discount etc. and did not include items such as destination charges. He also warned about driving down their, because it is in a high crime neighborhood. It was obvious that he would say anything to keep me from visiting Western. I kept my word and visited Western after work the next day. What a different experience. The driving and parking were not great, but once inside, I was well looked after by all the staff. I explained to them why I was there and what I was seeking from them. They were very cooperative. The only misfortune was that the car I had arguing over the night before, had just been sold. They did have another car to show me which had less options ( no sunroof ) and cost $25 more. I was out of their with every thing I needed in less than 45 minutes. I went to Continental with intention of purchasing from them. Instead, 2 hours later, I walked out tired, frustrated, and angry.
