Jae was great, in working through questions and attempted to resolve issues quickly even though there were many roadblocks. The dealership experience was way below average with lots of paperwork and pro to resolve issues quickly even though there were many roadblocks. The dealership experience was way below average with lots of paperwork and processing errors. Attention to detail with selling used cars should be addressed as my purchased vehicle had an oil filter leak and a transfer case leak, both from sloppy service dept work. More
