My son and I came into Mazda of Elk Grove to purchase my first new car. We had been looking at used cards but with the amazing help of Jaik & Vu they were able to get me into a new 2020 Mazda CX-5. Clean, friendly, and accommodating Overall had a great experience. Max stepped up and welcomed me right away. He led me to a test drive and I enjoyed the experience so much that I decid Overall had a great experience. Max stepped up and welcomed me right away. He led me to a test drive and I enjoyed the experience so much that I decided to make a new purchase. Nick helped finalize the sale with his experience and expertise. They were willing to accommodate on a reasonable deal with my trade-in. He helped guide Max through the process as well. Jaik's follow-up attention was welcoming and productive while we waited for the car to be prepped to close the deal. This dealership is great. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. The sales team I worked with was just very excited to see customers in new Mazdas. More

Jaik matches the intergrity and quality of the Mazda 6 GTR. In buying a car, you meet many dealer-trained salesman, across many competing car and models. I was not sure about my first Mazda until meeting Jaik In buying a car, you meet many dealer-trained salesman, across many competing car and models. I was not sure about my first Mazda until meeting Jaik and then being introduced to the service department -- Billie and his crew are excellent. His integrity and up-front honesty, backed by a service department that knows there Mazda vehicles, brought an end to the type of car and the dealership. The good news for this Mazda dealership is that these three men have proven themselves worthy of high praise. As a result and an outcome, I have now purchased three Mazda's, the latest the Mazda 6 Grand Touring Reserve. Each time, I was glad Jaik and Billie were there. Otherwise, I would have likely considered an alternative. Mazda- Elk Grove has a good team and a great car, but without them, I would never have known how good the car and the Service Department, is. Keep up the good work. A+ More
