First Time Car Owner - Good Experience! It's my first time buying a car and I went through the Costco Auto Program. I filled out my form online and was contacted by a Mazda rep (Jaik) within It's my first time buying a car and I went through the Costco Auto Program. I filled out my form online and was contacted by a Mazda rep (Jaik) within two minutes after my submission! I set up an appointment for a Saturday morning to test drive the two cars I was eyeing (CX-30 and CX-5). During my entire process from start to finish, not once did I feel pressured. (Love it!) Also, love how it's a dog-friendly place and no one seemed to mind two German Shepherds just snoozing away inside the building. Jaik was awesome, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all the questions we had and also put my mom's worries at ease. He kept us up to date during the entire process. Thank you Mazda for making my first car buying experience such a good one! More
