Car service was performed well and included an undercarriage video in which the mechanic gave a detailed review of the condition of my car and showed the work that was to be done. Most telling, my wife brought me to the dealership so I could pick up my BMW. While there, she noticed she had a total flat tire on her car. Despite the fact that the dealership was closing, 2 dealer employees volunteered to swap out the blown-out tire with our spare at no charge so we could be on our way on a cold night. Bravo! More
