So readers know I am objective. I bought a new 2023 BMW 540XI in New Jersey in 01/23. Got home, in Connecticut, and car was dead in driveway 2 days later. BMW of Darien, (Connecticut) stepped up and got me a loaner and my car back on the road very quickly. My luck of good service unfortunately did not last. Luckily for me there are several other reputable BMW dealers in this area. More

Cost was higher than any other BMW service centers in the fairfield county. But the service manager was able to match the price which means they are customer centric.
