I had paid for my two infinitis and was held captive from taking my Infiniti until I was pressured into signing a 3K extended warranty. It was a terrible experience I will always remember. Infiniti promised taking my Infiniti until I was pressured into signing a 3K extended warranty. It was a terrible experience I will always remember. Infiniti promised me my communication and navigation system would work in my QX60. It didn’t. They told me they would order a chip and install it. Then they said it would cost me a few thousand to install it. Then they said they couldn’t get the chip. This dealership’s leadership is unethical. I strongly recommend customers stay away from Infiniti of South Bay. More

Terrible Jaime sent me a quoted estimate of $8400 and didn't even call me to explain to what it was for. I had to call him back 3 times and leave 2 voicemails before I heard back from him. Then they were didn't even call me to explain to what it was for. I had to call him back 3 times and leave 2 voicemails before I heard back from him. Then they were no help in trying to solve the problem and ultimately was the reason I ended up leaving Infiniti brand. More
