My wife was treated very poorly by the service writer. Scott Johnson the General Manager of Jim Butler KIA refuses to return my phone calls. The sales person I bought the car from Cheryl Cooper, knows I a Scott Johnson the General Manager of Jim Butler KIA refuses to return my phone calls. The sales person I bought the car from Cheryl Cooper, knows I am unhappy with my new Kia Sportage but still continues to send me emails to try and take my car in on trade and buy another car from this dealership. Nightmare of a car buying experience for me at Jim Butler KIA. More
