Crystal was extremely unprofessional after using white out on our title. She offered no solutions and treated us as if we were the ones who made the mistake and were inconveniencing her. She made the situation worse by offering no solutions for the situation. When we inquired about possibly needing a 3rd set of temp tags (she was in process of issuing our second set due to her negligence) she said she didn’t think we’d be able to get another set and also didn’t think we’d be able to get a new title before the 2nd set expired. She gave us no information, just more problems. She kept repeating that she “made a mistake” and most DMVs will take a whited out title. Mike Feinstein (on their corporate team) even expressed his disappointment that other employees were telling us the same thing while we there. Mike said it was “disappointing that they would try to cover for her like that. In fact, Lou Fusz corporate agreed that it is not common practice to use white out on legal documents. She was unapologetic and had would barely speak to us. I will make sure to never spend money with her or this dealership ever again. Please read through her dealer rater reviews-most of them are not even about her, but mention other people. She clearly does not understand common process or procedures and more alarmingly has an extreme lack of professionalism and a low aptitude for problem ownership/customer service given her client facing and financial role at the dealership. Not a great lasting impression at all. The issue is resolved and was expedited once Mike F was involved from the corporate team however not without further errors such as acquiring a signature from me that they failed to call and tell me they needed which again delayed me getting plates. Mike Feinstein shared the process was quite simple on the day we purchased the car. If an error is made in the title, you go to the state website immediately, fill out an affidavit and staple it to the document said error was made and take it to the DMV and there is no issue. Crystal never did that on the day we purchased or offered that as a solution when we came back and unapologetic. Terrible experience and you’ve absolutely lost future sales and most importantly, our service business. More

Lou Fusz Kia is honest and easy to work with! I initially came in on Friday (6/18/21) and looked at 2 Kia Forte GT Line. I passed as I was going to look around but I could tell Jake Degenhardt was a good, ho came in on Friday (6/18/21) and looked at 2 Kia Forte GT Line. I passed as I was going to look around but I could tell Jake Degenhardt was a good, honest guy. Both cars sold that day and I missed my chance. As I continued to shop I learned all about AMP (adjusted market price) which is running wild in the auto industry right now. Came back to Jake and Ryan Hunphrey the next day to purchase a Kia Forte LXS. Jake assured me they do not charge AMP. We started the paperwork and price even dropped a bit from the initial quote. HIGHLY recommend Lou Fusz. Honest dealership with quality people working there. More

Two weeks ago, I called the service department about something hanging from my leased vehicle. When I brought it in, the person looked at it and said it looked like I maybe hit something. He pushed it something hanging from my leased vehicle. When I brought it in, the person looked at it and said it looked like I maybe hit something. He pushed it up and said don't worry about it. It fell back down and I made an appointment this time. The new person immediately asked when did I get an oil change. He saw that the screws were missing and said they forgot to put back all screws. If the first person could have told me that, I could have saved the $80 for the fix. Bravo for the second maintenance guy! More

Buying a car was a major source of anxiety for me because of my circumstances. I had an awesome experience at Lou Fusz Kia! Curtis and Jake worked with me on all the exact options on the 2021 Kia K5 that I wanted. We settled on a price and then they found me even more rebates that I qualified for... saving me even more $$$! They got me approved and everything was ready to close within minutes. I arrived at the dealership to finalize everything and they brought me to Nichole, the finance manager, who went thru my payment options, terms, and add-ons that were available, very clearly and quickly. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and quicker than I ever imagined. All in all, it took less than an hour. Most importantly, they gave me the best deal after comparing their offer to all the other 8 Kia dealers in the St. Louis metro area. With their price, service, and speed... it's literally a no brainer to go with them! More
