Mike was great! He remembered my wife and myself coming in a month earlier. Was surprised to hear that we had not found a car. We came down from 2 hours away to get a car. We felt rushed some, and then had to wait close to 1.5 hours to see a finance person when several were available during that time. Joe in finance helped us great after noticed didn’t have all the right info on paperwork, and was able to correct it. Super knowledgeable and helpful Joe was. Overall give our experience an 7 out of 10, mainly do to just waiting so long. More
