Knowing a few people in the service dept, I already had an idea how the customer service would be. When it was time to get rid of the beast I've been driving and sinking money into for years, I was referre an idea how the customer service would be. Between him, Jake, Curtis and Nichole I was in and out of there within an hour. My work schedule has me out late so they had all the paperwork ready when I came in to purchase my vehicle. I had an awesome experience at Lou Fusz Kia! Curtis and Jake worked with me on all the exact options on the 2021 Kia K5 that I wanted. We settled on a price and then they found me even more rebates that I Jake worked with me on all the exact options on the 2021 Kia K5 that I wanted. We settled on a price and then they found me even more rebates that I qualified for... saving me even more $$$! They got me approved and everything was ready to close within minutes. I arrived at the dealership to finalize everything and they brought me to Nichole, the finance manager, who went thru my payment options, terms, and add-ons that were available, very clearly and quickly. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and quicker than I ever imagined. All in all, it took less than an hour. Most importantly, they gave me the best deal after comparing their offer to all the other 8 Kia dealers in the St. Louis metro area. With their price, service, and speed... it's literally a no brainer to go with them! More

My 2nd Lou Fusz Purhcase I bought my second Kia from Lou Fusz for a reason. I had tried communicating with a dealership closer to home, but they were pushing me towards a vehi I bought my second Kia from Lou Fusz for a reason. I had tried communicating with a dealership closer to home, but they were pushing me towards a vehicle I couldn't afford and they did not take my objections seriously. I was happy to go back to Lou Fusz. Jake kept his eye on the bottom line ($) and had my trade reevaluated to help with my purchase. I met Jake on Thursday, and had a new car by Saturday. I cannot express enough the value of a good dealership with a good service/maintenance department. More

Bad Service My daughter and I were looking for a KIA Seltos that we saw on Lou Fusz’s website inventory page. We contacted their internet sales department, Shelby My daughter and I were looking for a KIA Seltos that we saw on Lou Fusz’s website inventory page. We contacted their internet sales department, Shelby Parker, who informed us that the car we were looking for was on the lot and set up a 9 am appointment. When we arrived and entered the dealership there was no one to talk to right away until a salesperson saw us standing there and asked if he could help. We informed him that we had a 9 am appointment with Shelby Parker to look at a car. He looked puzzled and asked another salesperson who told us that Shelby Parker wasn’t a salesperson and directed us to another salesperson. That salesperson didn’t introduce himself and right away asked what we were looking for. We informed him of what we saw online and he went to look for the keys. After 20 minutes of sitting at his desk the salesperson returned and said he couldn’t find the car and it was probably at another lot but he would bring up another car, different color, for us to test drive while he searched some more for the car we wanted. After the test drive we returned and the salesperson informed us that he couldn’t still find the car and it was probably pulled to be parked at a golf tournament because sometimes they do that. We informed him that that was the color car my daughter wanted and if they had any others. He did some more searching and returned to tell us that the car had been sold and they didn’t have any others like it. We asked if the car was sold why did the dealership still have the keys? He said that sometimes happens. We then asked about another model car, which he said he had, and then we asked the color and he informed us it was blue. My daughter responded that she wanted a white one and the salesman responded by saying; “that you’re not going to find anything if you’re going to be picky about the color. How about a Sportage?” At that point after driving an hour and mostly sitting at the dealership while the salesperson searched for the car that we were told was on the lot by not only the internet department and the sales person who had the keys in hand and then telling my daughter that basically she shouldn’t be picky about picking her car color we were done. Apparently the salesperson was unwilling to even look if he could locate what she wanted elsewhere. We drove over to Auffenberg KIA in O’Fallon, Illinois where they didn’t have the Seltos my daughter wanted but were very helpful in finding the KIA Seltos that she wanted and would have it on the lot in 2 days.
