Jake Doyle at Mohawk Honda is the best person to consult with for your new (or used) vehicle needs. Jake listened to our family’s needs, helped us get a great trade in value for our existing vehicle, and he with for your new (or used) vehicle needs. Jake listened to our family’s needs, helped us get a great trade in value for our existing vehicle, and helped us special order a new CR-V seamlessly. The transaction took little to no time or effort on our part. Jake and the Mohawk team took care of everything from financing, to transferring plates over, updating my insurance binder with my P&C broker and other paperwork. I also threw Jake a last minute curveball to have a hitch package put on the new CR-V prior to delivery. Jake got it done before I picked up the new vehicle. When it came to making my decision, I knew that I could trust Jake to be there for me every step of the way. Jake is very experienced and has his customer’s best interest in mind; That is evident. As far as time in the dealership to close the transaction, I was there for less than an hour and a half or so. That includes the time that was dedicated to showing me all of the features of my new vehicle, and also added chatting just because. All in all, we really appreciate Jake and the Mohawk team.
