I had been looking for a used explorer for 7+ mths when I found one I liked at Columbia Ford online. I was contacted by Adam but stated I wasn’t sure when I could get there, he was not pushy at all, he just found one I liked at Columbia Ford online. Once the manager got involved, he treated my wife like a queen and exceeded any expectations we previously had, even letting her work from an office while her car got the extras installed. A+ service, and worth a second chance if you ever felt disappointed. More
