He took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision. What really impressed me was Ronnie's patience. He never rushed me and was always available when I had questions or wanted to revisit options. His friendliness made what can be a stressful process actually enjoyable.
