Although I ended up purchasing a vehicle the process was more paunful than it should have been. The dealer refused to match an in writing appraisal from carmax, the dealer also provided no options for me t more paunful than it should have been. The dealer refused to match an in writing appraisal from carmax, the dealer also provided no options for me to sell the vehicle to carmax first and give them the funds via a due bill in the contract. This was on top of 5,000 of funds i was paying at the time of sale. In short, I tossed 1,500 into the trash to secure the vehicle. 1,500 was the difference between the machen and carmax appraisal. With that said Everyone was friendly and knowlegable and The price of the vehicle was more than fair. I think the dealer was short sighted over this deal, as I couldn’t reccomend them to friends or family nor would i purchase another vehicle from them. 5 stars to my salesperson Jalen as he was knowledgable and friendly More

I appreciate all of his hard work and seeing my purchase through to the end. The only bad experience I had with my purchase was that when leaving Jefferson City I realized I only had a quarter tank of gas and had to stop and fill it up before getting home. I was under the assumption that the tank was supposed to be full due to being a certified vehicle. But overall my experience was excellent. Thank you Jalen for running through the hoops with me. Huge waste of our time. Drove 3hrs after speaking with Jalen only to be told after arriving in Jeff City the vehicle was no longer for sale & was going to wholesale. What's worse is their internet sales Jalen only to be told after arriving in Jeff City the vehicle was no longer for sale & was going to wholesale.
