I was very blessed with my purchase I felt that my experience was above and beyond. Throughout the whole experience he kept me updated at all times. Asking me questions in regards to my choice of car. Making sure it was what I wanted. He allowed me to test drive, he wasn’t rushing me into buying any vehicles , or making me feel like I wasn’t important. Jalen personally walked me over to the places I needed to be at. Most of all he kept a smile on he’s face. He showed leadership, strength and confidence in he’s job. I haven’t had no desire to buy a car in 7 years until I spoken with Jalen Sands. Since I am out of state had to have the vehicle shipped, Ben actually accommodated my shipping companies' drivers crazy schedule and met him around 1 AM on a Saturday night to load my vehicle and kept me in the loop the entire time. Everyone I had contact with at Joe Machens was great! It was my first ever purchase with them and they made me feel like I had been a lifelong customer, Keep up the great work guys! More
