My name is James Carr also known as "Jim". I've been with the Lundgren Automotive Group Since 2017 and I take pride in what I do here! My goal is to give my customers the best experience imaginable, helping you make the right choice with a vehicle. I do not want my customers to feel pressured in any way, but instead feel like I'm here to help them. I am very laid back and easy to talk to! Building a customer relation and making things as easy as possible is what I want to accomplish with you. Stop by and come see me! A little about myself: I am a local Franklin County resident, graduated from Franklin County Technical School in 2011! I am a huge New England sports fan, especially the Boston Bruins! I grew up playing Hockey and Golf and still play to this day. I am also a Musician "Drummer" and have been playing since i was 3 years old! You may have seen me perform live in the local area with my band “Plunge Pool”

Everyone at Lundgren Honda very pleasant and helpful. I traded in Honda HRV 2022 because headlights on that year are horrible. Dan was very helpful choosing new Honda HRV 2026. Lundgren Honda of Greenfield is great! Dan was really helpful in helping both me and my mom buy new cars. He was very knowledgeable of the inventory and the features of each vehicle. I first sent an email on Lundgren’s website saying I was interested in taking a look at a vehicle. James replied the next day. I must say, I have never dealt with a car dealer or dealership and left feeling interested in taking a look at a vehicle. James replied the next day. I must say, I have never dealt with a car dealer or dealership and left feeling the way I did leaving Lundgren! James was very professional and had my best interest at heart. There was never any pressure and he was so easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and never made me feel like I was dumb or wasting his time. Once I purchased the vehicle, he spent lots of time showing me all the unique features of my new car. I’m very happy with my new car, very glad I went to Lundgren this time, and can’t thank James enough! More
