He was very patient with me as all the new-fangled equipment on the newer cars confounded me. He answered all my questions. The service department was very accommodating and treated me more than fairly. I knew and trusted them from my 15 years having my 2009 serviced there. I sort of wish I had known about some of the options (like seat covers, undercoating, etc.) before I purchased the car but not a big deal at all. The process was quick, smooth, and pleasant and James did everything possible to make it so. No pressure or hard sell whatsoever. Right before I dropped my trade in off, it developed a crack in the windshield but James said not to worry and I still got the same trade in price. Several years ago, we had purchased a CRV from Phil Reilly here and had a similiarly great experience. Connie was lovely to work with both times as well. I wouldn't hesistate to buy another vehicle at Lundgren Honda or recommend them to friends and family. Thank you, Lundgren Honda! More
