My name is James Carr also known as "Jim". I've been with the Lundgren Automotive Group Since 2017 and I take pride in what I do here! My goal is to give my customers the best experience imaginable, helping you make the right choice with a vehicle. I do not want my customers to feel pressured in any way, but instead feel like I'm here to help them. I am very laid back and easy to talk to! A little about myself: I am a local Franklin County resident, graduated from Franklin County Technical School in 2011! I am a huge New England sports fan, especially the Boston Bruins! I grew up playing Hockey and Golf and still play to this day. I am also a Musician "Drummer" and have been playing since i was 3 years old! You may have seen me perform live in the local area with my band “Plunge Pool”

Excellent customer service. James was so helpful and made the entire car buying experience stress free. From financing to saving me $$ on my car insurance, to taking care of the James was so helpful and made the entire car buying experience stress free. From financing to saving me $$ on my car insurance, to taking care of the registration and plates and showing me all the bells and whistles of my new car! Couldn't be happier! Would highly recommend 5 🌟, also must shout out to Kelsey in service who is just the nicest girl and always a pleasure to work with!! More

I had been on the prowl for a manual transmission Honda and after being told by many other dealerships that they were sold out, I expected the same. I first met James on Saturday 8/13 by calling Lundgre and after being told by many other dealerships that they were sold out, I expected the same. I first met James on Saturday 8/13 by calling Lundgren. I was expecting to be told the 2018 Honda Civic with manual transmission was already sold from the lot, dreading having to possibly drive to Danvers, MA for my dream car. But James was happy to inform me the vehicle had not been sold and to drive on up to Greenfield to take a look and test it out. The price point was right in my budget and I was apprehensive this peppy salesman would try and up sell me more dealership nonsense like many others. When I arrived at Lundgren, James shook my hand and was happy to oblige my desire to test drive this vehicle. He was understanding, kind, mirrored my enthusiasm for a manual transmission and just very personable and easy-going. After test-driving the car and being so floored by the kindness and caring of Lundgren of Greenfield, I just knew I had to make this purchase happen. And James helped make that happen. He kept me in the loop of the entire process of purchasing the car. He never once made me feel insecure or uneasy nor did he ever try to push me to purchase amenities I didn’t think I needed. I put the deposit down for the car and absolutely HATED having to play the waiting game for funds to be transferred. James helped ease my anxiety and assured me the car would be mine. And now it is! I came in early on 8/17, eager to drive this car off the lot that day. I was on the second to last day of my rental and had been mentally exhausted by the week prior. Nervously clutching the check in hand, I walked in to Lundgren and James bounded over, smile on his face. I was still in shock the car hadn’t been sought out by others and that this was really happening. James mirrored my enthusiasm for the inevitability of my ownership. Even when I ran into technical difficulties with my insurance company getting the RTA forms stamped, James eased my anxiety about having paperwork squared away. Once I received the stamp of approval (pun intended) from my insurance company, everything else fell into place. James handed me the spare, and with each step of the “driving off the lot” process, he informed me of any updates. “Your car’s going to be detailed and we’re going to fill it up with gas for you.” Finally, at the end of a long day of back and forth in I-91, and meeting my mother, James showed me the plates he was about to attach, a giddy grin splashed in his face. Plates attached, he walked over and handed me the keys to my newly purchased car. It was mine and I was over the moon. After taking this photo, I got into my Honda, quietly secured my seatbelt, shifted the gear and excitedly drove off the lot. James and the staff at Lundgren of Greenfield showed me hospitality and understanding I thought was a lost art at dealerships. I’d definitely go back and purchase future vehicles from them in a heartbeat. Thank you James and staff at Lundgren of Greenfield! More
