A little about myself: I am a local Franklin County resident, graduated from Franklin County Technical School in 2011! I am a huge New England sports fan, especially the Boston Bruins! I grew up playing Hockey and Golf and still play to this day. I am also a Musician "Drummer" and have been playing since i was 3 years old! I've bought 3 new Hondas from Lundgren Honda of Greenfield. The sales staff and manger know how to treat their customers; fair, honestly and up-front. This dealership's service advisors and manager are top-notch; friendly, courteous and they know their "stuff". The other dealership staff that I've met are equally friendly, courteous and helpful. My 5-star rating for James Carr doesn't say enough about James; his honest and direct approach; positive attitude and total customer focus; and his overwhelming desire to get everything he can for his customer...ME!
