James is very knowledgeable, kind, and personable -- a real gem and a pleasure to deal with. He made this experience magic. James was always available to answer questions or to explain anything...I especially appreciated the fact that Lundgren's did the inspection, contacted insurance people, switched over the license plates (from the totaled older Honda), and took care of other details that I did not have to deal with. This makes a HUGE difference when buying a car! At no point did I feel any pressure during the process. I am very happy with my Fit purchase and will certainly recommend James and Lundgren's to anyone looking for a great deal and experience. P.S. Their coffee is great, too. ;) More
