I looked all over the internet for several months before I located the used BMW M5 I wanted at BMW of SLO. The M5 was priced very reasonably. I live far away from the dealer but the salesmen, Jame Clarke I located the used BMW M5 I wanted at BMW of SLO. The M5 was priced very reasonably. I live far away from the dealer but the salesmen, Jame Clarke was very helpful and sent all the pictures I asked for. Before I made the long drive to the dealer I had a great idea of the condition of the car. The purchase was quick and easy. Everyone at the dealer was very polite and accommodating. A small issue came up with the M5 after I purchased the car and drove it home. Moe in the service department went above and beyond to get the problem resolved without me going back to the dealer. Great experience, awesome dealer. More

Super easy to work with and great staff. A little frustrating that they don’t budge on price of cars at all but are willing to make it up in other ways. Be careful with this company, I received a fraud Inquiry from them on my credit report , an I have never did any business with them and I stay in a different state. I spoke with the credit bureaus about thi from them on my credit report , an I have never did any business with them and I stay in a different state. I spoke with the credit bureaus about this and they told me to contact that dealership for a letter of deletion to get it removed. So I got in contact with a guy named Troncoso, he sounded like a friendly guy,an he said he would help me with it. He lied to me, gave me the run around an never got the letter to me like he told me he would over the phone. I waited patiently for 30+ days, still no help at all. This dealership doesn’t deserve anybody’s money, they are okay with fraud, an have no interest in helping resolve the issue when their name is attached to it.Here’s a screenshot showing how my texts messages were ignored, until I mentioned taking it to court.from June 15th,I didn’t receive a response back about this fraud inquiry from them until July, 20th, today. More
