Sensor trouble I have mixed emotions about this experience. I have concluded that there were two problems with my car, and they overlapped. The first was bad batteri I have mixed emotions about this experience. I have concluded that there were two problems with my car, and they overlapped. The first was bad batteries (2), the second a bad ABS sensor. In today’s world of computers, mechanics are too dependent on them. So, when the problem does not show up on the computer, they do not have the skills to figure out what is wrong on their own. My car was there three times for the sensor problem, and until I drove it in with the warning lights on, no one could find the problem. James Collier and Yasmin Henry were courteous and very helpful in getting this situation resolved. Each had to give me their personal cell phone numbers so I could keep in touch. There seems to be a problem with telephone communications when trying to contact the dealer or service center. I would call it poor a best. Although I was left without a car the first two visits, I was given a loaner the third time. I am still waiting for the headphones and remote for the entertainment package and a meeting with the general manager. This was a used car and it has had three mechanical failures, while I do not want to go under the Lemon Law, I do want some compensation for my down time. More

service call Had my car towed in on Monday afternoon, this was after trying to reach someone to talk to about what was wrong. If not for salesman who I had dealt w Had my car towed in on Monday afternoon, this was after trying to reach someone to talk to about what was wrong. If not for salesman who I had dealt with when I purchased the car 3 weeks ago, James, I would not have had any contact with the dealership at all. I had left messages for the service manager and my service rep, but neither ever returned my calls. Today, Tuesday, I tried to call again, same routine. So, I asked to speak to the GM, I am sure the operator just dropped the call onto the floor, and someone picked it up, but not the GM. Whoever it was transferred it to the service manager, who was very polite and seemed very concerned, then put me on hold for 15 mins, just to tell me the car was there, a fact my salesman had told me yesterday, and that my “service rep” would be calling me in a few minutes to go over the “information?”. That was three hours ago and still no call. This service dept is all smiles and everyone is just so happy to see you when you first drop off your car. Then, you are on your own. No one picks up a phone, no one calls you, if you want to know what is going on, you must go there in person, and then you will have to wait to get any answers. Had my car back for two days and the warning lights came on again. This time I was able to get to the service dept for them to see the lights. I was given a loaner and now we wait and see. More

Horrible experience Customer service was poor, wait time was hideous, management except for one gentleman who I think was Marc, was less than professional and harsh. Ant Customer service was poor, wait time was hideous, management except for one gentleman who I think was Marc, was less than professional and harsh. Anthony was down right rude and obnoxious. When called to speak to the General Manager about the overall negative experience was told someone would call to apologize and never did despite being told I would rate them poorly. This was my 2nd new car purchase from them, I would like to give the business to James but not that dealership. More
