I was scare by the service rep who said my tire could not be repaired and I wouldn’t make it out of the lot. No details. I was trapped there and ended up overpaying for a new tire and didn’t have my car for be repaired and I wouldn’t make it out of the lot. No details. I was trapped there and ended up overpaying for a new tire and didn’t have my car for 4 days. It was a slow leak, not damage. Don’t know if they tried to repair it. Just said they wouldn’t let me leave. I felt I had no choice. Preyed on my fear. More

It was a pleasure doing business there. Greg was very professional and helpful. The whole team was courteous. In general, I am very pleased with Lexus of Sarasota. Carl Leblance was a very professional and communicative sales associate. He was always available for questions and kept me informed. He connected me with the amazing Jaden Shelburne to understand the technology of the vehicle. He never lost patience and maintained a very positive and helpful manner with me. My experience with finance was initially thought to be positive; however, Eric, I believe, tried to mislead me regarding the maintenance program. This may indeed be a good program but misleading me about the cost of some services left me with a bad image of the experience. I may reconsider the purchase of this program when my two included services are completed. Kelly McKallister, in guest relations, very respectfully and non-defensively responded to my experiences and thoughts associated and made every effort to make things right for me which I very much appreciate. James Deal in service also made every effort to make my experience leaving my new vehicle to have tinting of the windows completed. He had a loaner vehicle ready to go and when i went to pick up my new car, had it washed and parked for me ready to take home. I realize that no experience at a dealership will be perfect, however, Lexus of Sarasota is a work in progress with the construction and hopefully will be a far improved dealership and service provider for our community. More

The entire sales/front end staff is a group of true, customer oriented professionals that are to be commended. The service department part that was charged with the simple task of installing body side customer oriented professionals that are to be commended. The service department part that was charged with the simple task of installing body side moldings and prepping/detailing the vehicle for delivery failed miserably. They cost me money in insurance because the vehicle was not delivered as promised. The customer follow-up after delivery is also superior to anything I have ever experienced in my 50+ years of driving/purchasing/leasing vehicles. The dealership just needs to "clean-up" their detail/get ready department. More
