I went to Suburban because the dealer closer to me (in Ann Arbor) was so indifferent to helping me find the model I wanted. Suburban is a very well-run dealership with fair pricing, definitely better than Ann Arbor) was so indifferent to helping me find the model I wanted. Suburban is a very well-run dealership with fair pricing, definitely better than average. The salesperson I was assigned was still relatively new in the business, so made a few minor mistakes, but was very personable and pleasant to deal with. Main issue was that they didn't seem to try very hard to locate the model I wanted (e.g., via dealer trade), and it took some prodding -- including implied threat of buying from another dealer -- to get them really moving on it. Nevertheless, overall I was satisfied and do recommend Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills. More
