He answered all of my questions and was patient with me. No pressure at all. Ryan in finance made the paperwork aspect easy and painless. He shared with me the benefits of GAP insurance and how important it can be. I didn't want my payment to go up but I also don't want to be in a situation that I'm paying for something I don't have. Ensured everything was done so when my vehicle arrived all I had to do was sign the papers and get the keys. Then he handed me off to Zach. Zach found the best financing deal, explained my options for additional services - no pressure sales - just here is what Toyota has to offer and this is what I recommend and why. Don was very knowledgeable and explained all of the new gadgets on my 2019 RAV 4. He stayed late and made a second appointment with me after I had a chance to drive the car for a bit, gave me his cell phone and said I could call with any questions. Not something I have ever experienced at a dealership before - usually once the paperwork is signed they are done with you until you need another vehicle. Yes, I did buy a vehicle that is pricey but I felt like this was a normal day for all three of them - doing what they do every day with smiles, jokes and extensive knowledge of the products they sell. I would like to think I would have been treated the same if I had bought any other vehicle they had for sale. I am looking forward to a continued relationship with the great staff at Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills! KB More

Amazing Customer Service I’ve been getting my 2 older Toyota vehicles serviced here for about 4 years since we moved out to Farmington Hills, and thought about purchasing some I’ve been getting my 2 older Toyota vehicles serviced here for about 4 years since we moved out to Farmington Hills, and thought about purchasing something new for awhile. Well, when a complex situation arose, I’m so grateful the 3 team members I worked with made the purchase of a brand new car such a pleasure. Don, was my point man for getting a deal done in a timely manner, I didn’t think could get completed without a lot of back and forth negotiations. But I came in and discussed my situation and we had agreed on a proposal within an hour or so! Don was very busy with other customers, but he always got back with me with important information in a timely manner to meet our delivery date of a new avalaon hybrid. I’m truly blessed to have had the opportunity to work out a very tricky deal in my eyes but they made the deal go through so smoothly, it truly showed me the professionalism and experience they have in making sure customer satisfaction was their main goal and accomplished. James the sales manager went above and beyond to get me a very fair trade in value, and Zach the financial services manager was very supportive in getting all the details completed and to my surprise without any “catches” along the way.
